Job Description:  As a part of our Acquisition team, you will work with industry leading omni-channel retailers, online retailers, and catalogers in developing, evaluating and executing their direct marketing efforts.​ Provide insight to manage the success of their marketing programs and improve efficiency.​ Areas of experience must be one of the following categories: direct mail, marketing agency, co-op database or other sector with client-facing experience.​ The position will require that marketing initiatives are met or exceed client expectations.​ Interact regularly with internal team, industry vendors, and clients.​ Some travel is required.​



Campaign Management (Provide comprehensive circulation, planning, production and analysis):

  • Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing programs
  • Conduct extensive post-campaign analysis with all key metrics, summarizing trends
  • Review results performance and communicate with list partners; brainstorm ways to improve and expand segmentation


Client Relations:

  • Present marketing strategy to clients both via phone and in person, building strong client relationship to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Manage campaign production calendar and communicate with all key players effectively
  • Strong resolution skills, anticipate issues, communicate concerns and status to upper management



  • 3-5 years industry experience in direct mail, marketing agency, co-op database or other sector with client-facing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate MS office skills including PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task
  • Highly analytical and skilled at interpreting data
  • Demonstrates an ability to think/plan strategically
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Sales experience a plus
